Judge Rules CalPERS Held Improper Closed Board

If only more CalPERS beneficiaries had the means to sue, plaintiff lawyers would likely earn a nice living. Of course, CalPERS deep pockets means they will appeal. After all, it's beneficiary money they use to keep on fighting when they lose. (see Nancy Michaels vs. CalPERS). In my opinion, CalPERS drags out litigation in hopes of breaking the financial backs and spirit of plaintiffs.
